CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) is a key highlight of the Chiayi Art Museum’s heritage renovation. To reflect the museum’s unique characteristics, the seating at the entrance reuses surplus materials from the CLT production process, maintaining the solid wood texture. Through simple, modern geometric forms and colors, we aim to present a certain volume, practical sculptural feel, and the potential for modular adaptation to the terrain at the entrance.

Additionally, the space features the “COLUMN Public Trash Bin” and “SCREEN Fire Extinguisher Stand,” hoping that the refined details of these basic objects will resonate with the aesthetic atmosphere of the space.
